PH avec piscine privée à AldeaZama

Accommodation negatively impacted our entire vacation Positive: The location was okay being part of the Aldea Zama area. The beds were comfortable and the pool was nice. Negative: The entire place smelled of sewage/vomit for the duration of our stay. We notified the property manager and our issue was ignored. The upstairs shower did not have any hot water for the duration of our stay and the water seemed unfiltered/salty. The tvs did not work properly, with either the screen not working or the remote not working. The kitchen sink tap is a shower head and was not sufficient to wash what kitchenware we used. The place was moderately clean but could have been cleaner. We had to wash and dry our own towels as additional towels come at a cost. The “gym” did not have any free weights despite them being shown in the pictures. There was no hand soap in any of the washrooms which was disappointing on a hygiene level. The private pool upstairs was not in use either. We ended up staying in Playa del Carmen for a night because we were so disappointed with the accommodation.
